- Device details (brand, model, IMEI/serial numbers for repairs)

- Product inventory and stock information
2.3 Payment Information
- Subscription payment details are processed securely through PayHere
- We do not store your full credit card numbers - only transaction confirmations
- Payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes

- Login activity and session information
- Features you use and how often
- Browser type and device information (for technical support)

We use your information to:
- Provide the Service: Enable repair tracking, invoicing, inventory management, and all features

All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and only process data as instructed.

5.3 Your Customers
When you send invoices, repair status updates, or receipts to your customers through RepairHub, they will receive information you've entered about them and their transactions.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data:
- During Active Subscription: All data is available as long as you use RepairHub
- After Cancellation: We retain data for 90 days to allow reactivation
- Tax Records: Financial records (invoices, payments) are kept for 7 years per Sri Lankan tax law
- Deleted Data: After retention periods, data is permanently deleted
You can request data export before cancellation.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access Your Data: View and download your information anytime
- Correct Information: Update incorrect details in your account settings
- Delete Your Account: Request complete account deletion
- Export Your Data: Download all your business data in CSV/JSON format
- Unsubscribe: Opt-out of marketing emails (transactional emails like invoices will still be sent)
